South Yorkshire Housing portal goes live!

We are delighted to announce that the South Yorkshire Housing Association (SYHA) Phase 2 of the online services for the portal has now gone live!

South Yorkshire Housing Association (SYHA) are a charity providing homes and wellbeing support across the region. They currently own and manage over 6000 homes and offer specific housing projects aimed at people with varying support needs

South Yorkshire Housing Association (SYHA) currently use our Self-Service solution which has 2 key audiences: Residents for self-service and New Residents applicants.

Having already designed and built a self-service portal, the second phase was for the development of several on-line services to compliment what they already have:

  • Digital Tenancy Application process
  • Digital Tenancy Agreements
  • Digital ASB reporting

And with this phase now completed successfully and with their self-service portal live and fully integrated with their Housing Management System, tenants can now easily access and use the service 24/7/365 to view and manage all their personal account information and self-service functions in one place. including:

  • Rent Statements
  • Rent Payments
  • Repairs History
  • Report a Repair
  • Create Direct Debits
  • Raise Service Requests (Permission for a Pet, Report ASB, Compliment, Complaints, etc)

By utilising our Intelligent Integration Platform and highly-flexible Business Process Automator,  this ensures a smooth transition for the tenant by having everything in one place using the Self-service portal, aswell as the benefits this brings The SYHA team by helping and managing the entire digital tenant onboarding process.

Due to the success of this project, South Yorkshire and VerseOne are now working together to plan and deliver the next phase of enhancements. Watch this space!
