South Essex Homes - main site and the South Essex Property Services (SEPS) websites have now gone live!
We are delighted to announce that the South Essex Homes main website and the South Essex Property Services (SEPS) websites have now gone live!
South Essex Homes was formed in 2005. As the Arm’s Length Management Organisation for Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, their initial aims were to provide a high-quality housing service and deliver a large programme of major improvements to tenants’ homes. They have now improved the vast majority of Council housing in Southend so that it meets the Decent Homes Standard.
This project was to develop a main South Essex Homes website, a South Essex Property Services (SEPS) site and an intranet solution. The current platform was hard to use and did not allow staff to access their internal content when they are working remotely - which has been since the Covid-19 lockdown in March 2020. Therefore, re-developing their websites and the intranet within a market leading content management solution was a key driver to this project.
The VerseOne creative team began by delivering a stakeholder workshop, which brought together key stakeholders to gain a better understanding of the key drivers and goals of the project. This was then converted into several mock-ups by the creative team for the three separate sites, with the VerseOne Front-end development team applying the designs to each site.
Julia and the team at South Essex Homes are delighted with the two sites and can't wait for the final intranet site to be completed!
