VerseOne delivers a new staff intranet for Cross Keys Homes
Cross Keys Homes based in Peterborough, are a commercial business, with a social heart managing 11,000 properties across the East of England for social housing, shared ownership, private rent and leasehold.
Cross Keys Homes approached VerseOne for a new staff intranet solution, their main objectives for the project was to have a functionally rich, intuitive and engaging site, complete with a radical visual overhaul, in order to enhance and futureproof their current intranet. Aswell as maximise staff engagement, ease of use and efficiency, it was made clear right from the get-go that particular focus should be paid attention to enhancing the site search capability, integrating the use of the Vocoll KnowledgeBot throughout the site, and the strategic use of the VerseOne Business Process Automator to streamline workflows would all be key tools in meeting the requirements.
With the inclusion of such a variety of strategic functionality, all augmented by the aesthetic sitewide improvements, it is clear that the site will truly be a showcase example of the best of what a social housing intranet can achieve and, by extension, re-enforces the vast capability of our own Digital experience platform. The project team are very pleased with the new site and are in agreement that the refreshed solution is definitely something that they, and us, can be extremely proud of. Indeed, following the completion of the go-live activities, Katie Taylor (Communications and Marketing Manager), feeding back the following:
