Royal Surrey County Hospital (RSCH) launches Hospital Transfer website with VerseOne
We're delighted to share that our latest project with Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (RSCH) is now live! A longstanding VerseOne customer since 2019, RSCH continues to innovate with digital solutions that support both staff and patients across their services.
Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (RSCH) is a leading NHS provider based in Guildford, delivering high-quality healthcare services to a population of over 330,000 across Surrey and the surrounding areas. As a specialist centre for cancer care and a hub for innovation and research, RSCH is committed to providing safe, compassionate, and expert care to every patient, every time.
This latest launch focuses on a microsite for the Hospital Transfer Service - a crucial point of coordination for the safe and efficient movement of patients between hospitals. The microsite provides a reliable, centralised space for stakeholders - whether that's a doctor, nurse or variety of clinical staff - to access the most up-to-date contact information, telephone numbers, service locations and other essential details. This ensures there is one source of truth of information, streamlining a critical impact process that can be actioned at speed. This not only gives valuable time back into their day and ensures they contact the right team first time, every time.
As the project has a wide impact on patient safety, the VerseOne team worked closely with RSCH to ensure the microsite met all requirements and was live as soon as possible.
This marks the completion of Phase 1 - a significant milestone that sets the foundation for the next phase of the project. Phase 2 will follow our full creative design and build process to deliver a more comprehensive site, with launch planned for later this year.
