EKHUFT are looking for a provider that can deliver a single, unified platform that can host the staff intranet, along with the Trust website and providing a secure area for healthcare professionals to log-in and securely access documents, with completely different design and wording to the public facing website.
The provider should have experience providing these solutions to the NHS and be specifically built with the needs of NHS from the ground up. Some of the key elements of the new solution should include:

Be Cost Effective - a single unified platform for websites, intranets and portals to reduce ongoing costs.

Devolve responsibility to teams , with full control and permissions - Allowing Comms team to be the “City Planners” but importantly giving teams the responsibility for their own content, handing vital time back to the team.

Auto-Governance and Auto Archiving - ensuring all documents are up to date in self-governing automated system managed and escalated to individual responsible teams for regular validation.

Self-Service - Allow staff to find their up-to-date content quickly and easily and remove the stress of queries and hand back time to Comms team, and the wider Trust.
