Access to our MCS is managed via intelligent Load Balancers and NGINX Web Application Firewalls (WAF), providing a rigorous first line of defence. Traffic is securely distributed across separated, multi-node clusters, communicating with high-availability MySQL database nodes and dedicated media storage.
Our Cloud Infrastructure Team monitors performance across all nodes via Azure's advanced reporting, with proactive alerts set for performance thresholds. We further validate this with external polling to measure real-world page load times and uptime—data that is fully transparent and accessible to you via the MyVerseOne Customer Portal.
