How to safely harness the power of AI

Where appropriate, customers can further control what information is shared with AI services by excluding Personally Identifiable Information (PII), ensuring they remain in complete control of their own data.

Pragmatic

AI should solve real business problems — not simply replicate capabilities that users can already access through a public chatbot.

Many AI tasks are best served by specialist models optimised for a particular capability, whether that’s natural language processing, content generation, intelligent search or computer vision.
