Ingress to the MCS is via Load Balancer balancing traffic between a pair of NGINX app-secure Web Application Firewalls (WAF) that provide the strongest line of defence into the environment, passing traffic to separated, multi-node clusters of app servers. These application servers communicate with a high-availability Flexible MySQL database nodes, and separate Media stores.

VerseOne's Cloud Infrastructure Team monitors traffic and performance across all nodes via Azure reporting functions, with proactive alerts set for performance boundaries.

VerseOne also uses an external polling monitor (Uptime Robot) which measures real-world page load times, uptime, and more. These stats are also available to our customers through the MyVerseOne Customer Portal.
