Staff Intranet for University Hospitals Sussex

We're thrilled to announce that University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust (UHSussex), has joined the list of NHS VerseOne customers! UHSussex is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the South of England, providing vital clinical services to communities across Brighton & Hove and parts of East and West Sussex and delivering excellent care every time across its seven hospital sites.

UHSussex has selected VerseOne to design and develop a new intranet - a single, accessible and engaging employee hub tailored to the needs of its staff. Built for modern working environments, the intranet will be available on any device, anywhere, making it easier for staff to stay connected and informed, whether on-site or remote. By providing UHSussex staff with 24/7 access to the policies and clinical information they need to be productive in their roles, you're empowering employees at the same time as improving clinical outcomes.

The project will be delivered through close collaboration between the UHSussex project team and VerseOne's Creative UX (CrUX) Team. Together, we will create a series of mock-ups for key pages, ensuring all designs align with both UHSussex and NHS branding standards and provide an engaging user experience to put staff at the heart of the platform.

Following an agile sprint-based approach, the build process will allow for regular feedback and iterations throughout, creating a smooth and responsive implementation journey. Plus, accessibility will also be a core element of the design, ensuring inclusivity for all users across the organisation.
