Session 4 of 5 in our GA4 series
You've got the data. You check it every month. But when was the last time it actually changed something on your website?
Most teams can tell you what happened. Fewer can tell you what to do about it. A page with lots of visits but almost no engagement. A form that works fine on desktop but loses half its users on mobile. Site searches for content you don't have. A popular PDF that should really be a web page. Each one is a clear signal, if you know how to read it.
In this session, we'll show you how to look at your GA4 data and turn it into specific, practical changes, so your analytics stops being a monthly report and starts improving your website.
Who this is for
- Communications managers
- Digital and marketing managers
- Content managers
- Website and digital leads
- UX and service designers
- Insight, performance and analytics roles
What we'll cover
- The patterns in your data that point to a problem worth fixing
- Telling a real issue apart from normal ups and downs, like seasonal dips
- Using site search, landing pages and engagement to find gaps in your content
- Comparing mobile and desktop to spot journeys that break on smaller screens
- Prioritising what to fix first when everything looks like it needs work
- Checking whether a change actually worked once you've made it
What you'll leave with
- A simple process for going from “this number looks odd” to “here's what we'll change”
- At least one improvement you can make to your website straight away
- A way to show the impact of the changes you make
- A strong base for session 5, where we turn it all into reporting your leadership will understand
Who's running it
VerseOne has deployed thousands of solutions and has spent 20+ years working with the NHS, social housing and local authorities. Our team brings practical analytics, UX and digital experience from public sector environments, and everything in this session comes from real GA4 properties we've worked on.
Data only matters if it leads to a decision. Come and learn how to make that happen.
