Session 3 of 5 in our GA4 series
Is your website doing its job or not?
Most GA4 reports are full of numbers that don't answer that question. The metrics that matter to a housing association or NHS trust are things like repairs reported online, rent payments started, appointments booked, forms completed, and leaflets downloaded. Few organisations track them properly, and fewer notice when they suddenly drop.
In this session, we'll help you decide what's worth measuring, show you how to set it up in GA4, and make sure you're the first to know when something goes wrong.
