Head of Customer Solutions | Thomas Battcock

Tom is the Head of Customer Solutions at VerseOne, working closely with the Executive Chairman and the Leadership Team to deliver the best experience for our customers — from pre-sales through to project completion and beyond. He leads the Project Management Office (PMO), Creative and User Experience (CrUX) and Technical Services teams, as well as Support, Education, and Customer Success teams.

Experience

Tom has been with VerseOne for over a decade, bringing unparalleled knowledge of our platform, processes and customer solutions. He has a background in software development — having studied and worked in coding for over 20 years, including a background in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Tom enjoys the fast-paced nature of the Solutions Team, which allows him to provide support and insight across all customers whilst also being the in-house champion and manager for VerseOne's long-held ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance certification. In this key role, Tom is continually focused on getting it right first time for our customers' solutions and support — with quality being the guiding light.
