Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust
An engaging user experience enables people to find the information they need, when they need it and in a format they can understand. This is called information architecture, and getting this right can be the key to driving real engagement with your digital platforms.
Information architecture stems around affectively signposting someone through your platform, and understanding their needs and requirements to help them find the information they need. This empowers patients to self-serve content and can reduce the strain on your services, and it can ensure employees find the policies and documents they need, making them more productive in their role. No matter the platform, effective IA is crucial.
During this session, we'll run through best practice top tips, showcasing how we've worked with NHS Trusts across the UK to enhance engagement, adhere to personas needs, and provide an accessible experience for all users.
