Andrew Bailey

Andrew Bailey is Director of Customer Experience at Link Group, an experienced and highly motivated customer leader with a strong focus on delivering transformational change. He specialises in customer experience strategy, engagement and operational improvement, with a consistent track record of leading teams to enhance customer journeys and digital-first outcomes. Prior to joining Link Group, Andrew held senior roles at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks, where he led customer experience strategy and vulnerability programmes, driving improvements in culture, technology and customer and colleague experience. He also brings extensive leadership experience from organisations including Nationwide, BT, Sky and the NatWest Group, with expertise spanning transformation, service design and large-scale operational leadership. Andrew is passionate about creating customer-focused organisations that make a positive impact on communities. Alongside his professional role, he contributes as a Board Member at Abertay University, supporting widening access to higher education.

He started his career in networking and has vast experience in web application security, infrastructure network penetration testing, and executing red teaming security assessments, among other specialties. Rory is certified in Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) and is a CREST Registered Penetration Tester.
