Achieving operational efficiencies and increasing customer satifaction through digital self-service is a key area for Social Housing providers. Tenant data may be housed in various different systems and it needs to be combined and normalised to provide a comprehensive self-service offering for both customers and your staff to access.

  • Book Repairs - and an appointment
  • Request other services (permission for a pet, book Gas Service, etc)
  • Access their tenancy documents
  • See when your planning to upgrade the kitchen
  • Make a complaint and follow the process in the portal
