Security testing of your hosted VerseOne solution
Following the introduction of the GDPR, many of our customers are contacting us with the intention of arranging security testing for their hosted VerseOne solution. Whether your solution is a website, intranet, or a customer portal, it is likely to contain data which deserves the most robust of protections. We encourage and support all our customers' efforts to assess and confirm the security of the solutions we provide.
As part of our contract with our hosting partners, VerseOne are obliged to provide a minimum of 30 days' notice of any security testing in our private cloud environment as well as further information about the nature and origin of the testing.
To that end, if you would like to undertake independent security testing of your VerseOne solution, we ask that you complete the form below.NOTIFICATION FORM OF SECURITY TEST
We can then ensure that:
- our hosting partners have the 30 days’ notice and information about the testing they contractually require;
- their and our engineers are able to accommodate your preferred dates as well as time for any remediations arising from the testing results;
- and that your testing will not conflict with other activities that may be taking place on our servers.
If you have any questions about the process for arranging security testing of your VerseOne solution, please do not hesitate to contact us.
