Coast and Country

Coast & Country increased their website hits from 13,000 per month to over 29,000 with their new, engaging website solution.

Established in 2001, Coast & Country Housing are the largest registered provider in Redcar and Cleveland, owning and managing over 10,000 homes.

The Challenge

Coast & Country needed a website to enhance their brand, improve user experience and increase engagement rates. They had received reports that their current offering was text-heavy and difficult to navigate. It was vital to improve the site's information architecture and ensure information was easily accessible.

Coast and Country also wanted to update the overall look and feel of their online presence to align it with the organisation's culture, values and services.

Coast and Country Solution

Coast & Country's requirements needed a robust CMS. They chose the VerseOne CMS because it was powerful, flexible and easy to use.

Coast & Country's tenants love their neighbourhood’s and the familiarity of their communities. Illustrations of local areas, landmarks, and regional terminology helped to create a user experience that was unique to the people in the area, with the comforts of the familiar woven throughout.

Helping potential and current customers find their perfect home was a primary objective of the website project. Coast & Country used VerseOne’s Property module to manage their portfolio with minimal effort. Optimisation for both mobile and tablet views was imperative. The VerseOne CMS and its front-end framework are optimised for mobile deployment, meaning that there is no retrofitting required later.
