A drawn map showing why Health and Wellbeing is important

Prior to the pandemic, NHS staff were facing serious pressures, with COVID only adding more. Staff burnout across England has reached an “emergency level”, with excessive workload identified as the key predictor of staff stress, intentions to quit and patient dissatisfaction.

A report by the House of Commons Health and Social Care Committee found that staff shortages were the biggest contributor, demanding a "total overhaul" of NHS workforce planning. With Ministers and MPs touting "digital transformation" as a significant part of the solution, what might this actually look like, and how can it support staff Health & Wellbeing?

On the 8th of June join other HR, Comms and Digital leaders in our open online forum to discuss digital strategies and solutions that support workers, prevent burn-out, and free up staff time to care.

Do you want crucial internal communications easily visible to drive engagement and elicit 'a real community feel' for your staff whilst capturing their hearts and minds?

We can help put your people at the heart of everything you do and improve CQC scoring within policy and procedural management by helping balance the clinical and clerical communication needs of the Trust.

This requires each team to possess the relevant tools specific to their day-to-day work whilst ensuring they have a canvas to communicate effectively internally.

Therefore, a successful intranet will be quick, customizable, intuitive, and highlight the Trust's brand and messaging whilst fostering a 'we mentality' for effective community-building.

Here's what we will be covering:

    • Drive staff engagement
    • Personalise the user experience based on role
    • Meet and exceed CQC expectations for policy and procedural management
    • Provide teams access to the tools to do their work effectively
