Microsoft Azure AD

Azure Active Directory (ADFS) provides information on users, and a centralised identity and permissions store. VerseOne Intranet leverages Active Directory to provide an entirely new Staff Directory, which uses the AD APIs to provide a fully up-to-date, populated and truly useful data store.
Microsoft Sharepoint

Sharepoint provides a vast number of features and uses, but most VerseOne customers tend to use it as a document store (“Drives”), with associated workflows and (limited) collaboration. Integration with Sharepoint will enable compliance track who has viewed what documents. You can also notify users when relevant and important new documents are uploaded.
Microsoft OneDrive

OneDrive is an online document store, and used by many NHS organisations, including Berkshire NHS. VerseOne use Microsoft Graph to create an app that connects with files across OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint document libraries.
Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams allows for collaboration across individuals and groups, and includes functions such as document upload and @mention. Teams also enables users to interact with other MS applications, e.g. setting up calendar events, launch Skype for Business calls, and invite people from Active Directory.
Microsoft Calendar

Calendars can be accessed through the user documentation. These are a vital part of an organisation’s intranet—and also enable VerseOne to deliver Recurring Events.
Microsoft Outlook

Send and receive mail through the intranet from your main MS Oulook email ID. Outlook can be accessed directly through an intranet in real time. Customise the users view via their home page to show things like unread email.
