Innovation in Dementia

Event types

  • Life Stories

Every month we talk with innovators in dementia care across the public, private and charitable sectors to hear how they're making a difference.
Our sessions are interactive and questions are encouraged, but don't worry if you can't make it on the day, just register and we'll make sure you get a recording!

This Month's Guests:

We're joined by Alex Fleming, Dementia Operations Manager for the Sandwell Community Dementia Service.

Nominated for "Best Dementia Care Team" at the upcoming NDC awards, and recently commissioned for another 3 years' service, they provide dementia advisors and more to over 1,500 people.

As well as Bel Connolly from Leeds & York NHS FT, who leads the Memory Support Worker team, in partnership with Alzheimer's Society, to deliver more joined-up and person-centric care

As always, this will be in an interactive, open format with questions welcomed and encouraged!

Want to share your own experiences and innovations in dementia care? Tick the box on the regsitration form and we'll make it happen.

Together let's create a brighter future for those affected by dementia. Register on the right>

(We created a Digital Life Stories platform with the NHS, click here to see it!)
