I lead the life of a secret agent here at VerseOne, fulfilling multiple roles and personalities, and I’m about to let you in on my “Q”.
At VerseOne, I’m responsible for both planning and delivering most of the Group’s content. I oversee landing pages, product pages, events, blogs, news and much more across all of our websites. It’s a duty I love—each piece of content, each page, is like a child I have taken from inception through to adulthood where they are able to be out there, on the web, all by themselves.
With that amount of web content on my radar, you’d think I’d have the organisational prowess of a German car manufacturer, but that simply isn’t the case. Nor am I one of those regularly burning the midnight oil—I enjoy my boxed sets far too much, as well as destroying fellow manchildren via online gaming.
I’m able to properly manage all of that content because I have the CMS of CMS’s. A CMS that allows me to deliver all my content, across all my sites, easily and quickly.
I am of course writing about VerseOne CMS.
“Yes, but you work for VerseOne, of course you say that!”
While true, I obviously work for VerseOne, nevertheless the unparalleled depth and power of the CMS functionality speaks for itself once you’ve seen it in action.
“Ok, ok, but with all that functionality isn’t it a maze of features that takes monk-level dedication to master in order to fully utilise everything you’re writing about?”
Not at all. I was writing and publishing content with the CMS on my second day in the office—no, it didn’t take a whole day to master, the first day I was actually flatout co-hosting an event.
I’m not the only person out there needing a solution that enables them to deliver multiple items of content, to multiple sites, publishing at different times, unpublishing at other different times, in an easy to use format, in a good-looking UI.
VerseOne CMS allows me to do all of the above, plus:
- Collaboration: I can invite other users to work on a piece of content with me, or even ping a page to a colleague for them to pass their eye over.
- Accessibility checker: baked-in functionality that automatically makes sure any content I publish is compliant with the latest accessibility guidelines.
- Personalised dashboard: I can drag and drop my favourite, most used parts of the CMS to customise my personal dashboard, making it even easier for me to crack on with my job.
- Autosave: speaks for itself, absolute lifesaver.
- And so much more
Whatever your requirements, having a CMS platform that enables you to do so much will benefit your organisation hugely—and what’s more, also improve your professional quality of life immensely.
