How customer self-service can help you with data compliance

Event types

  • Social Housing

Summary

The tragic death of Awaab Ishak and the Grenfell disaster have led to stronger legislation for housing providers in the sector. Off the back of the recently released Consumer Regulation Review 2023-24 from The Regulator of Social Housing, we've been working with our customers to understand how digital can help landlords overcome the issues raised in this report. From these conversations our customers have told us the biggest challenges they're facing as an organisation in the social housing sector are complaints handling, ASB, report a repair (especially damp and mould), and data governance.

To help address this, we’re hosting a webinar to showcase the features of a self-service customer portal that can improve data governance, to encourage knowledge sharing and help housing providers and local authorities understand how digital can help provide peace of mind around compliance whilst also leveraging operational efficiencies and boosting tenant satisfaction.

In this webinar showcase how:

  • Tenants can recieve in-portal reminders to update missing and inaccurate information when they log in.
  • Employees can use the tenant portal to update asset information whilst at the home.
  • An integrated self-service portal can identify flag and address inaccurate or missing data from your housing management system.
  • A responsive portal or an app that works across multiple device types can give residents the option of how they collaborate with you.
  • Self-service can help with data governance and ensuring audit trails for peace of mind.

During the session we’ll showcase a comprehensive, built for purpose self-service portal which is highly secure and back-end system agnostic, allowing tenants to pay their rent, report repairs and book repairs appointments, and make complaints/provide feedback to landlords 24*7 and on any device. We'll also show how housing association staff can use this portal to gather and update customer data whilst at the home, to improve data governance and help rectify discrepancies to ensure improved customer service and beter compliance.

By attending the session, you’ll have the opportunity to receive a complimentary discovery session where we'll help you identify gaps in your data and formulate a plan to use self-service to help fill these gaps..
