NHS Live support - demo 26/11


Traditionally support for young people, especially those struggling with their mental health, require them to come forward and present to their GP. The daunting nature of that process meant that many young people simply do not come forward and ask for help in the first place. 

We wanted to share how Northamptonshire NHS Foundation Trust increased engagement whilst streamlining and further supporting their 0-19 and child and adolescent mental health (CAMHS) services by deploying Vocoll Live Support.

Average of 35+ calls resolved per week
Over 5000 secure messages exchanged each week
Average response time of less than 1 minute
