Over the past several months Howard Cottage Housing Association has been in the process of merging with Welwyn Garden City Housing Association to form a new organisation: First Garden Cities Homes. This was a complete re-branding exercise across both businesses, designed to continue excelling at great experiences for their joint tenant base through delivering clean, sharp and focused information to their customers and stakeholders too.
The board of Howard Cottage was resolute that VerseOne should continue to be their partner of choice for this exciting project - owing not only to their market leading position in Social Housing but also to their extensive expertise and experience in particular in Creative Services too across a whole raft of market sectors. This enabled the Creative team at VerseOne to bring to bear and blend a ‘whole market’ approach to the rebranding exercise in order to ensure the most appealing and representative brand identity for the newly created organisation: First Garden Cities Homes. This together with VerseOne’s other core competency of handling complicated processes of merging data systems efficiently and cost-effectively made them the obvious partner of choice.
This merging process and the subsequent rebrand needed to be delivered within a very tight and challenging timeframe. Nevertheless, VerseOne brought its award-winning and proven Total Customer Engagement (TPE) approach to bear on the project, convening a tight-knit team that was able to complete the specifications on time and within budget.
